Voltage
The standard bugeater is 240v so you can operate it direct off a 240v mains. The Bugeater itself, is weatherproof, and can be left outside. We have a 110volt system for the US market, and adaptors for Hong Kong, UK and other markets. We can make up a 12volt unit for you- it costs more!

Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the condition of your goods upon delivery please contact our office immediately by phone or email to receive instructions on the return of damaged goods and the dispatch of replacements at no charge.

Refund Policy
The manufacturer has a customer satisfaction guarantee that if in the first month after purchase you are not satisfied with their products they will refund your full purchase price (of the unsatisfactory product) after it is returned to them at no cost to you, the customer. To organize a refund the customer should contact our office (by phone or email) to be issued with a reply paid authorisation number and instructions for returning the goods.

Warranty
The manufacturer has a two year back-to-base warranty. All warranty work (parts, labour & return charges) will be covered by the manufacturer.
